Exchange & Refund Policy 

Thanks for shopping at Old Man Strength

We understand online shopping can sometimes be difficult to get the exact fit you are looking for. We want you to love the products as much as we do. So, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please note we do not offer returns/size changes for items which have been discounted or are on sale. 


Drop us an email within 3 calendar days to let us know the issue with your purchase. You will be offered the choice of:

    • Full refund if the product has not matched your expectation
    • Exchange the item with a replacement item.
If you would like an exchange, please email us with 
    • Order Number
    • Why you would like to exchange?
    • Which item you are exchanging?
    • What you would like as a replacement?

Upon receipt of email we will either approve your refund or agree to send a replacement (subject to stock availability). All exchanges must be sent back to us with a prepaid post bag with your address and insurance (if applicable). Please note once the replacement item is shipped Old Man Strength is not liable due to loss incurred by Australia Post. 


We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Drink bottles

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

  • Unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging 
  • Free from any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

    Full refunds require proof of shipping (to be paid by customer) back to our warehouse. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 



    If you believe you have received an item that is faulty or not what was ordered, please contact us within 3 calendar days via listing issues including photos of the issues found.
