Jump the Queue FAQ
What is the "Jump the Queue" service?
The "Jump the Queue" service allows customers to receive expedited processing and shipping for their orders. To take advantage of this service, orders must be placed by 12 PM local time for same-day shipping.
What happens if I place my order after 12 PM?
Orders submitted after 12 PM will be prioritised for shipping on the next business day.
Will I be notified if there is an issue with my order?
Yes, if there are any issues with your order, Old Man Strength will contact you via email, text, or phone to resolve the matter.
What if I don’t respond to the contact about my order issue?
If we are awaiting your response regarding an issue, we will not be liable for delays in meeting the original shipping timeframe. However, your order will still be prioritized for processing once we receive the necessary information.
How can I ensure my order ships the same day?
To ensure your order qualifies for same-day shipping, please complete your purchase before 12 PM local time. Double-check your order details for accuracy to avoid potential issues.
Is there a guarantee for same-day shipping?
While we strive to meet the same-day shipping promise, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. Orders placed before the deadline will be prioritised, but we cannot guarantee shipping in cases where we are awaiting customer input on issues.
USA Customers
Australia Post has resumed standard shipping to the USA. We are currently experiencing delivery times of approx. 10 Business Days.
UK Customers
At this time Australia Post is only providing express shipping options to the UK. Delivery time are typically 10-15 Business Days for delivery
Rest of the World - 4-6 weeks depending on country
Are the prices on the site in USD?
No, as we are Australian company our pricing is displayed and charged in AUD. So thats good news if you live in USA/UK/Europe etc as the conversion will make it cheaper!!

When will I receive my order?
As we are an Australian based company shipping times can vary depending on where you are ordering from. We offer both standard and express shipping options to assist with getting your order to you.
Within Australia
Standard - up to 4 business days
Express - up to 1 business days

Can I track my order?
Tracking is not available on Standard International shipments. Tracking information can be provided for all other options.
Can I exchange my order if it doesn't fit?

How old do I have to be to wear Old Man Strength gear?
Age is a relative thing. We have young sons, daughters, nieces, and nephews who think we are ancient. Just wear it and represent.
What is the Cyrillic writing on the shirt and what does it say?
It says - "You can't read Russian". Joking. It's Russian and it says "Strong Like a Bull"
